Tatarstan exporters are compensated for up to 90% of the costs associated with the certification of agricultural products in foreign markets

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that JSC “Russian Export Center” is opening applications for granting subsidies to Russian exporters promoting agricultural products to foreign markets.

 

Exporters will be able to receive compensation up to 90% of the costs. A subsidy may be provided to an organization in order to compensate a part of the costs incurred within 12 months prior to the day of submission of an application for concluding an agreement on granting a subsidy. At the same time, the volume of export proceeds from the sale of agricultural products should exceed the amount of the requested subsidy by at least 5 times.

 

Subsidies are subject to the costs of Russian exporters for assessing the conformity of agricultural products to requirements presented on foreign markets, conducting veterinary and phytosanitary measures, transportation, storage, testing and disposal of test samples, as well as assessing the conformity of products with the requirements contained in the foreign trade contract for the supply of agricultural products complex to foreign markets, including during voluntary certification to obtain Halal and Kosher certificates.
