The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to develop a marketing system for the food products of Tatarstan farmers based on digital technologies. During the meeting, they discussed the problems in the sale of manufactured products, the most acute of which were: the return of unsold products, the difficulty of entering large retail chains, high margins and lack of stable demand.
Our goal is to help farmers sell their products on favorable terms with the use of modern digital solutions and integrate stores, logistics centers, cooperatives, resources of the Tatapotrebsoyuz system, Agropark and local manufacturers into a single system, ”said Niyaz Khaliullin.
One of the measures to help farmers of Tatarstan in the sale of products will be the Tugan Yak project, or Native Land, which will enable citizens to purchase fresh and high-quality farm products, both in stores and online.
The director of the State Budget Institution “Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation” Ilnur Khabibullin explained that the social project “Tugan Yak” (“Native Land”) is aimed at creating a marketing infrastructure for small producers and processors of agricultural products by forming a unified partnership environment with the participation of retail trade facilities in large cities.
“People will be able to purchase fresh farm products at affordable prices. For example, you can get a substantial discount on a loyalty card in case of pre-order, since for farmers it is a guarantee of the realizatoin of the goods, ”explained Renat Mamaev, deputy director of the State Budget Institution “ Center for Competencies for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation”.
