Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported on the timely procurement of high-quality feed today at a meeting in the Government House.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all municipal areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
As noted by Marat Zyabbarov, the upcoming week is a period of large-scale harvesting of perennial grasses.
“From the first mowing, we expect to procure more than 6 c.k. per 1 conditional head. Today in the republic we have 300 tons of hay, 90 thousand tons of hay. Per 1 conditional head there is 0.45 centners of feed units, said Marat Zyabbarov. “30 thousand ha of the planned 500 thousand ha of perennial grasses are mowed today. This is only 6%.”
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that Apastovsky, Arsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky districts still hadn't mowed. He clarified at the same time that by June 15 the first mowing must be completed. The optimal period for harvesting legumes has come, and in a week the nutritional value of feeds will significantly decrease.
The Zainsky, Nurlatsky, Zelenodolsky, Atninsky, Alkeevsky, Yutazinsky, Sabinsky, Alekseevsky, Aktanyshsky, Kukmorsky, Sarmanovsky, Almetyevsky districts are actively conducting fodder procurement. These areas have already harvested from 3 to 17 thousand tons of haylage. A positive trend is also observed in the Bugulminsky, Tetyushsky, Aksubaevsky, Aznakaevsky, Vysokogorsky, Leninogorsk and Tukaevsky districts.
At the same time, not a ton of haylage is found in Agryz, Arsk, Bavlakh, Mendeleevsk, Menzelinsk, Muslumovo, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol, and Rybnaya Sloboda.
Only three districts began harvesting hay (Aksubaevo, Buinsky, Alekseevsky). At the same time, Marat Zyabbarov said that the task is to prepare a ton of good hay from the first mowing for each cow.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the feed base and the quality of the prepared feed, has developed and approved a quality certificate for the feed contained in silage trenches. In the future, the preparation of balanced rations should be organized on the basis of passport indicators, in accordance with the productivity and physiological condition of the animals.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan requested to take measures to prevent the death of bees when processing crops using pesticides and agrochemicals. According to him, compliance with the requirements and regulations for processing will ensure the safety of people and bee colonies.
In addition, Marat Zyabbarov asked to strengthen the preparation of fodder harvesting equipment and eliminate the identified shortcomings in the Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Nurlatsky districts.
It is necessary to begin intensive preparation of the grain complex, the task is to complete the repair by July 1.
Speaking about the start of harvesting, the minister reminded that until July 15, the readiness of the entire cleaning complex and the main units will be commissioned.
“Along with the repair of combine harvesters, we must prepare a grain cleaning and drying facilities and vehicles,” said Marat Zyabbarov. “The harvesting rate will depend on the capacity of the grain farm and transport support.”
The Minister reminded that the restoration of harvesting equipment in the republic required spare parts for 2.1 billion rubles. Spare parts for 900 million rubles were purchased.
“Since the beginning of the year, the agricultural equipment fleet has been updated with about 1300 units. The intensive upgrade was facilitated by the implementation of the preferential program "Rosagroleasing", - said Marat Zyabbarov.
