5 June 2020, Friday

On June 4, in the Arsk district, with the participation of the head of the district Ilshat Nuriev, the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Renat Gatiyatov, specialists of the Agricultural Department, the Russian Agricultural Center, managers and chief agronomists of farms, carried out the acceptance of crops.

Arable land of the Arsk district is 122.8 thousand hectares. Spring crops were sown on an area of 73.5 thousand ha, of which 39.5 thousand ha are spring crops.

They evaluated all crops on each bypassed economy. Winter crops wintered well, received good nutrition in early spring and are now in very good condition. Also, spring crops sown (wheat, barley, oats, peas) sprouted very well and began to develop. Stopping on the fields along the route, the chief agronomist of the Russian Agricultural Center, Akhmat Khakimzyanov told about and showed the phases of development of various crops, told about the features of plant protection from pests, diseases and weeds. The head of the branch of the Agricultural Center Ruzal Murtazin described the technology of cultivating perennial herbs for seed purposes. The chief agronomist of Agrocomplex Ak Bars LLC Rustem Mukhamadiev, using the example of his farm, explained the importance of the mortar unit, about efficiency and economy.

Without qualified machine operators it is impossible to procure high-quality feed. Given the importance and severity of the shortage of machine operators, the Arsk Agro-Industrial Professional College, a state autonomous professional educational institution, organized refresher courses for machine operators in categories D and F.

Due to the work being done for the technical re-equipment of the agro-industrial complex, the number of highly productive agricultural equipment is increasing annually in the region. Meanwhile, there is still not enough personnel which has access to control energy-saturated tractors, grain and forage harvesters in Arsky district. Modern equipment is more complicated to manage and maintain and it requires a high level of training from machine operators. Therefore, continuing education courses for tractor drivers are really necessary.

The retraining exam, held on June 4 at the Arsk Agro-Industrial Professional College, showed good results - 22 tractor drivers received certificates. We can say that retrained machine operators will not fail during the harvesting campaign.
