More than 7 thousand units of trailed equipment and 500 self-propelled sprayers were produced in Tatarstan
According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, modern agricultural development trends show that measures to integrate plant protection from pests, diseases and weeds are becoming increasingly important in obtaining high yields. Kazanlselmash developed and mastered the production of a line of completely new innovative machines - OS-2500M, OS-3000M OS-4000M self-propelled sprayers with hydrostatic transmission, which were specially designed to achieve maximum performance with ease of control, combined with a high-precision plant protection application system.
This series of sprayers is an analogue of sprayers manufactured abroad, not inferior to them in terms of equipment and quality, and at a price more than two times lower than their foreign counterparts. Three wheel control modes (front, front and rear, “crab travel” mode) provide high passability as well as ease of maneuvering. The use of a friction joystick, as well as a hydrostatic power steering, provides convenient movement control. Two swing bridges can reduce damage to crops and soil during the processing of plants. The electronic spraying system, which includes the Bars-5 on-board computer, as well as the Atlas-730 GPS navigator, ensures accurate application of plant protection products along the entire length of the boom (24m, 28m, 30m ), regardless of the speed of movement of the sprayer, with maximum accuracy, at any time of the day, thanks to the illumination of the nozzles.
Self-propelled sprayers are produced in the Republic of Tatarstan (localization of about 90%) and have high maintainability, more efficient, based on the size of our fields and the distances between them. Most of the nodes and mechanisms of the sprayer, as well as the on-board computer and navigator, are of domestic production.
More than 7 thousand units of trailed equipment and 500 self-propelled sprayers were produced and delivered to agricultural enterprises of Tatarstan, Russia and neighboring countries.
The equipment can be purchased now without an initial payment under the Rosagroleasing programs and receive subsidies under the programs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The company has its own warehouse of spare parts; repair, warranty (warranty for self-propelled sprayers is 2 years) and maintenance are carried out by their own customer service, as well as a network of dealers.
