Tatarstan farmers will receive in May the fuel at a 30% lower price than the retail one

The cost of fuel for farmers in May fell to 39,950 rubles per ton. For comparison, the preferential price in April was 41,200 rubles.

The supply agreement was made with PJSC TATNEFT. Starting May 1, the cost of fuel for farmers will make 39,950 rubles per ton, which is 13% cheaper than the wholesale price (46,000 rubles per ton). Also, the cost is lower than last year. In 2019, the first tranche was released in the spring at a price of 42,800 rubles per ton, in the second half of the year - at 44,625 rubles per ton.

In terms of liters with a coefficient of 0.82, the price of diesel fuel for farmers will be about 32.7 rubles, which is 30% cheaper than the retail price of gas stations (46.5 rubles per liter) and it will be a good support in conducting spring field work. Fuel for agricultural producers will comply with the European standard EURO-5 for diesel fuels.

To date, about 14 thousand tons have already been shipped to agricultural producers. In total this year, Tatarstan agrarians will receive 140 thousand tons of preferential diesel fuel. Acceptance of applications from farmers and contracts in connection with the current epidemiological situation are made out in electronic form on the racin.ru website.
