23 April 2020, Thursday

The agricultural enterprises of Tatarstan do not stop working during the coronavirus infection pandemic and began to deliver products to the hospitals of Kazan. One of the first such assistance was provided by the Mamadysh factory "Alphabet of cheese".

The plant specializes on the production of cheeses, butter and whey powder. All products are made only from natural cow's milk. More than 400 tons of milk are delivered to the plant daily from all the republic. After checking the quality, milk rivers flow through special hoses directly to the milk reception workshop. In the workshop, the liquid is cooled and poured into special tanks.

"The company strictly adheres to sanitary and epidemiological measures - 100% sterility. All people are provided with personal protective equipment. Every three hours they change their masks. Their activities comply with all recommendations of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Health and Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan." - says Maksut Akhmetshin, director of the branch of the Cheese Factory.

The plant does not stop working, including for those who daily face the infection. To thank the hospitals, the company purchased imported equipment (bronchoscopes, ventilators) for Kazan medical institutions.

“The main burden now is placed on doctors who ensure safety. Doctors work with patients non-stop. Sometimes families do not even see them at home, so we decided to provide some support. They will receive natural Tatarstan products - the most popular types of cheeses (cream and Dutch) and oils of the Cheese brand, "says Aleksey Fatykhov, general director of the ABC of Cheese plant.

A useful and natural production will be delivered to 11 medical facilities. Cheesemakers joined the republican community "Help is near" to support physicians. The community unites people to contribute to helping residents of the republic. The initiative of such an action was supported by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
