Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan switched to citizens reception in remote access mode
In accordance with the Methodological Recommendations developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in connection with the need to take measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan organized the reception of citizens in remote access mode using communication means. At the discretion of the applicant, online reception is available in audio and video format, for this you need to have a headset with a microphone or a webcam.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan has prepared detailed instructions for installing and using communication tools, it is located in the section “Appeals from citizens” - “The procedure and time for citizens reception” - “online reception”.
According to the instructions, it is necessary to register and send an invitation to the address - agro@tatar.ru.
To register you need:
Go to the website https://zoom.us/ and go through the free registration
Activate account.
Fill in the fields: First Name, Last Name, Password and Confirm Password.
Select "Organize Conference" - Select "no video".
Download and install Zoom app
Open the application and select "Organize a conference" or "enter the conference" - Select "No video".
To organize a conference with video on the website https://zoom.us/, when you select “From video”, the “Zoom” application is launched, where you can invite to join the conference by sending a link (Copy URL) or an identifier with a password (Conference password).
To enter the conference, you must enter an identifier and password or follow the link (login information is sent by the organizer).
