The implementation of national projects is an unprecedented measure to solve issues related to the livelihoods of people throughout Tatarstan

This was announced today by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin at an extended meeting of the Commission of the Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the "United Russia", dedicated to assisting in informing and implementing national projects. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov.

25.7 billion rubles will be allocated this year in Tatarstan for the implementation of national projects. Tatarstan participates in 11 national projects, 50 regional projects will be implemented.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin said that last year 49 regional projects were implemented in the framework of national projects in Tatarstan, funding amounted to 27.4 billion rubles. Now, 25 kindergartens and 9 schools, the Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Surgery, ice palaces, gyms, and swimming pools are being built on national projects in the republic. Also, 42 schools will be updated, 3 model libraries, 5 rural clubs will be created.

A specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan noted: “The Russian Village project has been implemented at the federal and republican levels for several years and is an effective tool for changing the situation in rural areas. The goal of the project is the sustainable development of rural areas, which makes rural life attractive and helps to increase agricultural production to ensure the country's food security. Therefore, the tasks are clear - this is the construction of roads, the gasification of settlements, the provision of high-quality drinking water, the availability of educational, medical and socio-cultural services and many other points that concern rural residents today. ”

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that within the framework of the National Project “Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and the Support of Entrepreneurship Initiatives” it announces the start of a competitive selection of peasant (farmer) households and private (subsidiary) households to provide a grant for the development of agricultural production activities of small forms of farming, ensuring involvement in small and medium enterprises in agriculture, increasing rural employment as part of the regional project and “Creation of a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation” under the Agrostartup program.
