Since 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the National Project “Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”, has begun implementing the Agrostartup program for supporting novice farmers. Grants from 2 to 4 million rubles were received by 103 applicants from almost all regions of the republic.

So, Ilnur and Engje Fatihovs built a mini-farm as part of the National Project, which became a real decoration of their compound. The farm looks more like a small palace.

The internal structure and equipment of the barn delights. Firstly, the floor has a certain bias and a groove. Secondly, the stall places are reliably equipped: feeders made of halves of polyethylene pipes, durable and - lockable with lids. The hay is set into the feeder and the lid is pressed so that the cow, grabbing shreds, does not throw the feed to the floor. Warm water for drinking is supplied through the pipe directly from the house. Sustainability and thriftiness - these qualities distinguish real owners.

Perennial herbs are grown on an area of 35 hectares. They have a MTZ tractor, a plow, a hitch, a harrow, a cultivator, a seeder, a truck. And they buy grain in places where it is more profitable. They grind it on their own grinder, for convenience, there is a solid metal chest in the barn.

When, by the National project “Support for Small and Medium Enterprises”, the Agrostartup support program appeared, the Fatihovs did not fail to take advantage of this. Having received full approval from the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Tyulyachinsky District, they quickly collected all the documents necessary for the competition and submitted an application to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Having won and received a grant in the amount of 3 million rubles, they immediately put this money into circulation. And now, less than six months later, they have a new barn for 50 animals with a walking area behind a metal fence and a warehouse for 500 tons of grain rose. The barn already contains 30 heads of cattle, including 13 dairy cows. There is a milk unit, a stern table, a manure conveyor, ceiling ventilation.

“In our region, six families became winners of the Agrostartup contest,” says Ralif Nizamov, head of the district agricultural department. - State support is becoming an important factor in increasing the business activity of the rural population. In March, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan will announce a new competition for beginner farmers. Even more Tatarstan citizens will be able to receive funds for starting their own business. The main thing is not to be afraid of work, and the state will support!
