Marat Zyabbarov: State support measures should be reflected, first of all, on the welfare of the villagers
It was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. The meeting via videoconferencing with all municipal regions of the republic was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“In increasing the efficiency and productivity of labor in the agricultural sector of the republic, one of the key issues today is staffing,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, devoting his next report to this theme.
Marat Zyabbarov focused on the fact that the manager who thinks about the prospects of the enterprise is able to provide adequate remuneration for his specialists and asked the heads of municipalities to provide assistance in this matter.
The minister also gave examples of a number of organizations that provide additional incentive measures to solve staff problems, which affects their performance.
For example, the main task of Agrosila JSC is the efficient use of labor resources and the development of a fair wage system. With the current number of 9740 people, the average salary is 33 thousand rubles. Since 2020, the company will become a member of the social mortgage program, a charity fund to help holding employees has been formed.
Agrosila has the Young Specialist program, participating in which the specialist receives a salary of 30% more than stipulated by the staffing table. A specialist is accompanied by a mentor for 3 years, that shares knowledge and experience.
691 people work at APC Food Program LLC, bonuses for them are also provided. An 8-apartment building was temporarily provided to newly hired employees.
For 4 veterinarians land plots and a loan for the construction of a house for 1 million rubles were allocated.
August-Muslum LLC together with the Agrarian University announced a selection contest for agronomists, the winners of which will be awarded.
Zalesny LLC provides employees with rental housing, hires trainees, paying them a salary along with specialists. To date, 4 employees are trained by organization at the Veterinary Academy.
In these organizations, due to the correct attitude to staffing, turnover is practically absent.
“Given the many programs for the development of rural areas, we are more and more inclined to apply the criterion for the level of wages when deciding on the provision of support measures for specific enterprises. State support measures should be reflected, first of all, on the welfare of the villagers, ”added Marat Zyabbarov at the end of the speech.
President Rustam Minnikhanov supported the Deputy Prime Minister on the importance of good wages for the development of the industry.
