Marat Zyabbarov visited Zelenodolsk milk processing plant
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited Zelenodolsky Dairy Plant JSC.
The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the production technology and production facilities of the enterprise. Marat Zyabbarov, accompanied by the General Director of ZMK JSC Aufar Galiev, examined the baby food production line of the plant, milk and other dairy products and studied the prospects for the development of the plant.
Aufar Galiev said that, founded in 1957, JSC Zelenodolsky Dairy Plant combines three enterprises: Zelenodolsky, Chistopolsky and Buinsky combines. About 558 tons of milk are processed per day.
Showing the milk acceptance lines and the laboratory, the general director of the enterprise explained: “We purchase all milk directly from agricultural producers and private farms.”
Speaking about new products, Aufar Galiev introduced a thermostatic skating rink, which is made only from natural components and has an especial taste. It is noteworthy that the product is ripened after packaging - each package passes through a specialized thermostatic chamber, where it undergoes heat treatment.
The company also produces a large line of products for baby food, suitable for feeding infants. All the highest standards are maintained.
Aufar Galiev also revealed a little secret. The company's technologists are developing a new product for children. Soon it will appear on store shelves and citizens will be able to try it.
