In the regions of Tatarstan, they organize the winter storage for the agricultural equipment and autumn-winter repairs.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported today on the preparation of agricultural machinery for field work in 2020 at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
“Agricultural machines operate mainly 2 months a year, but the well-being of the entire agriculture of the republic depends on their effective operation in this short period,” said Marat Zyabbarov. - At the end of the harvesting work on the farms, preparations for field work in 2020 have begun. The most important point is in ensuring the high-quality storage of equipment, which determines its safety and efficiency, and the reduction of repair and maintenance costs. With inappropriate storage of equipment, the resource can reduce to 20%, the annual damage from corrosion can reach up to 25% of the cost of the equipment."
According to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, today the tractor fleet consists of 60% agricultural machinery with past depreciation periods, the number of self-propelled machinery decreases annually, while it is possible to update only 3-5% of tractors and combines, so the emphasis is on the purchase of powerful and high-performing equipment.
The costs of spare parts, repairs and technical services annually amount to about 3.5 billion rubles. Naturally, with a constant increase in equipment prices, the relevance of the quality of storage increases by several times.
Last week (from October 30 to November 5, 2019), commissions of the installation of equipment for winter storage and organizing autumn-winter repairs were held in all regions.
As in previous years, this work in accordance with requirements was successfully organized in Aktanysh, Arsk, Atninsk, Baltasinsk, Buinsk, Zain, Kaybitsky, Mamadysh, Nurlat, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukaevsky, Yutazinsky municipal regions.
The Minister especially noted LLC Severny, which carefully treats the fleet of agricultural machinery and creates comfortable conditions for machine operators and repair crews in the autumn-winter time.
“Baltasinsky district, where the entire machine and tractor fleet has been stored, is also worth noting ”, he said. - Good conditions for machine operators and repairmen were created in the KFH Minnullin and Berlek LLC, Bavlinsky district. They repair cultivators, tractors, forage machines. In the southeast of the republic, the Yutazinsky district regularly shows high readiness for all competitions held by the Ministry of Technical Issues. Repair of tractors and trailed equipment has begun at the farms. ”
At the same time, a number of farms in Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Laishevsky, Mendeleevsky districts violated the rules for storing equipment, and their managers need to restore the tractor parks as soon as possible.
The work in the Atabaevskaya agricultural company in the Laishevsky district was very poorly done - the equipment was not even prepared for storage: it was not cleaned of dirt, there were seed residues in the hoppers of the seeders, like a storehouse for bacteria and increased corrosion, there was no order on the territory of the tractor fleet, nor in the repair workshops.
Zakroma LLC, Novosheshminsky district, has not put the agricultural machines in storage, the site has not even been prepared (overgrown with weed).
Marat Zyabbarov turned to managers who were traditionally late in repairing agricultural equipment and, as a result, in terms of sowing work. It was necessary to conclude contracts for the supply of spare parts in time and take advantage of traditional seasonal discounts. He reminded that the preparation of equipment was taken under control by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic. Monitoring the process of restoration of equipment, supply of spare parts will be carried out every ten days.
The Minister also asked the heads of municipal districts and managers to ensure the organization of high-quality repair of agricultural machinery, preparations for the upcoming field work, creating material incentive measures for workers, comfortable and safe working conditions.
Marat Zyabbarov also said that the issues of efficient operation of equipment, repair and the organization of technical service will be discussed at an engineering conference in the Apastovsky District, in mid-December.
