The winner of the contest "Best in Profession" among young workers of the agricultural sector of Tatarstan will go to Germany

From November 22 to 23, by the subprogram "Rural Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020", a professional skill contest "Best in Profession" among young workers in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held. The competition is organized by the regional public organization “Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The competition is held with the aim of identifying the best workers, their support and encouragement, as well as improving the professional skills and prestige of agricultural professions. The project is the winner of the All-Russian contest of youth projects.

Young agricultural workers of the Republic of Tatarstan and agricultural students aged 18 to 35 years with higher or secondary professional education, are invited to participate in the competition. They need following experience:

- by profession, mechanical engineer, livestock specialist, machine operator, machine milking operator, calf breeder for at least 1 year;

- By profession, a veterinarian, a herd reproduction technologist (operator for artificial insemination of cattle) and an agronomist for at least 3 years;

- By profession an accountant-economist for at least 5 years.

The competition will be held in two stages: verification of theoretical knowledge and practical work. Specialists can take part in the following nominations:

- "The best mechanical engineer";

- "The best agronomist";

- “The best accountant-economist”;

- "The best machine operator";

- "The best veterinarian";

- "The best machine milking operator";

- "The best livestock specialist";

- "The best cattle breeder";

- “The best herd reproduction technologist (operator for artificial insemination of cattle)”.

And students:

- "The best mechanical engineer";

- "The best agronomist";

- “The best accountant-economist”;

- "The best veterinarian";

“The best machine operator.”

The winners of the competition will be awarded with participant diplomas and certicates of 10, 8, 6 thousand rubles for 1,2,3 place respectively in each nomination. The winners of each nomination get the opportunity to undergo a professional internship abroad. Participants who do not win prizes are awarded a diploma of participation in the competition and an incentive prize - 2000 rubles.
