The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites citizens to traditional agricultural fairs: students from 43 regions of Tatarstan will bring unique products
On Saturday, October 12, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites residents of the republic to purchase agricultural products at affordable prices at fairs in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and in the village of Oktyabrsky Zelenodolsky District (the Novaya Tura trade and fair complex). Citizens will be able to purchase meat, sausage products, draft milk, cheese, butter, eggs, vegetables, honey, sugar, flour, cereals and other farm products brought from the municipal regions of Tatarstan.
Recall that the autumn fairs started on September 14 and will be held weekly until the New Year. The assortment at various sites has its own characteristics and is tailored to the needs of residents. Citizens can report on what products are needed directly at the fairgrounds themselves. Special boxes are provided for this.
This time, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared another highlight. Starting at 7 a.m., a fair prepared by the educational institutions of Tatarstan will be waiting for visitors at the Agropark. Each of the 43 districts will present its own exhibition together with colleges and technical schools, as well as other interested enterprises and organizations (schools, institutions of additional education). Citizens will be able to purchase decorative arts products, canned and fruit and vegetable products grown by students in the adjacent territories.
Also, visitors will be able to buy crafts of young architects, joiners, blacksmiths and forging craftsmen. Students will also accept applications for assistance in installing and configuring television reception equipment for elderly Kazan citizens in connection with the full-scale transition to digital television broadcasting. Recall that from October 14, 2019, analogue broadcast television will be turned off. Therefore, during the fair, pensioners and people with disabilities can leave their applications at the appropriate site of the Kazan Radiomechanical College.
As part of the event, it is planned to conduct a cultural program, and municipal areas at fair places will organize performances with songs, dances and other performances.
Traditionally, it is planned to hold a competition show of fair buildings in the following categories: “For the best decoration of the fair venue”, “For active participation in the cultural program of the fair”, “For the best assortment of exhibited products”, “For the creative approach to selling products”, "For the high level of organization of the fair place."
Agricultural fairs are traditionally enjoyed by citizens, especially the older generation, in good demand and are of great social importance. By tradition, the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan will personally visit the fairgrounds in Kazan on Saturday.
