Tatarstan takes part in the largest Russian agricultural exhibition “Golden Autumn - 2019”
October 9 in Moscow at VDNH 21 Russian agricultural exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2019" - the largest exhibition of agricultural achievements in Russia opened. This year over 1,500 exhibitors from Russian regions, countries of near and far abroad take part in the exhibition.
At its stand, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan presented environmentally friendly, natural products grown and produced in Tatarstan.
The features of the national Tatar cuisine were presented by the Union of Consumer Cooperation Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tatpotrebsoyuz”, with more than 100 years of work history. For guests, not only an exhibition was organized, but a tasting of the most delicious national dishes.
The whole variety of honey products was prepared for the exhibition by the State Budget Institution “Management of Aquaculture and Beekeeping of the Republic of Tatarstan", a variety of honey, bee bread, pollen and wax products will be presented there.
One of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia, Agrosila brought sausages, poultry, dairy products and groceries. Among the new products - smoked products made on natural smoke from beech wood chips.
Pestrechinka LLC also demonstrates chicken products. The company has been on the market for over 40 years and produces about 200 types of poultry products. Smoked products in poultry farms are prepared according to old recipes.
Zelenodolsk Combine, which was founded in 1957 and produces more than 80 types of products under its own brands, brought dairy products.
The Maysky greenhouse complex, which collects more than 42,000 tons of vegetables annually, presented cultivated products at the exhibition: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, green crops, wild strawberries and blueberries. Maysky, introducing modern technologies for growing vegetables, has reached the productivity of the advanced European level - 203 kg / sq.m for cucumbers per year, and 113 kg / sq. m for tomatoes.
The company "Tatspirtprom" intends to present a wide range of consumers alcoholic beverages. The company was established in 1997 by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and has production facilities to provide the production of 11.2% of all vodka in Russia (data for 2018).
Nefis-Bioproduct JSC presented its latest innovations at the exhibition: soy sauce, basil and mint jam, cranberry and rosehip jam, apricot jam, red currant jam, bolognese sauce, carbonara sauce ; sunflower oils: oil with black garlic extract, oil with Provencal herbs extract, oil with Sicilian red orange extract, Four peppers oil and much more.
The Bionovatic company also presents new products at the exhibition: the only liquid bio-insecticide with a high level of damage and a herbicide destroyer. Scientific Production Institute Biopreparations LLC has a unique biological product for organic compensation - the Unique Humus + biodestructor to accelerate the decomposition of crop and plant residues, straw and soil sanitation.
In the livestock block, guests could get acquainted with polar foxes, martens, foxes and other fur animals from Tatarstan, Kholmogorskaya cows of the Tatarstan type, brought from the Baltasinsky district, a Tatar stallion from the Leninogorsk district and goats from Sabinsky.
The exhibition will continue until October 12.
