Marat Zyabbarov held a working meeting on the development of the Unified Information System of the Agricultural Complex of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov held a working meeting on the implementation of the project "Digital Model of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Ismagilov and representatives of Innopolis University.
Recall that a unified information system of the agro-industrial complex of the republic with the functional structure of digital agriculture is being introduced in Tatarstan. The project is intended for the effective use, planning and control of agricultural production stages, as well as the observation and monitoring of agricultural land.
During the discussion, Deputy Minister Ildus Gabdrakhmanov focused on the need to increase the area under crops in the republic to 2.8 million hectares. To this end, large-scale work is underway to certify agricultural lands and their involvement in crop rotation.
Tatyana Reshetnikova, lead engineer on geographic information systems of the project management department of ANO VO "Innopolis University", demonstrated the work done and the system’s functionality, including the space monitoring service for agricultural land using the first pilot regions of Tatarstan - Sabinsky and Pestrechinsky.
“The system will become an effective assistance for specialists and managers at the municipal and republican levels in the operational solution of the tasks set, will allow keeping records and monitoring the state of all agricultural lands of the Republic of Tatarstan, increasing the productivity of land, including through the involvement of agricultural land, possible for putting into circulation and will become a real assistant to agricultural producers in increasing the profitability of production, ”the engineer noted.
During the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov discussed with the specialists the stages of field certification and outlined the main priorities for the implementation of the Unified Information System of the Republic's agro-industrial complex.
