Marat Zyabbarov: 4.2 million tons of grain have been collected in Tatarstan
1.4 million hectares of land were harvested in the Republic of Tatarstan. Farmers harvested 4.2 million tons of grain. Productivity is 30 kg / ha. This was reported today by the Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin.
The highest gross harvest - more than 170 thousand tons - was recorded in the Tukaevsky, Arsky, Aktanyshsky and Menzelinsky districts. The highest yields (over 40 kg / ha) are in Tukaevsky, Mamadyshsky, Zainsky and Aktanyshsky districts.
Marat Zyabbarov noted a large reserve in terms of production of corn for grain. This year, over 50 thousand hectares of this crop were sown. For the harvesting, there are 190 corn reapers with a load of about 300 hectares per reaper on the farms of the republic.
Because of the cold summer, there is a lag in terms of rape harvesting. Today, a third of the area has been removed from 105 thousand ha. Productivity is 12.5 c / ha. 132 thousand hectares are allocated for the cornflower.
Harvesting sugar beets continues. Today, 102 combines are working in the fields. About 20 thousand ha or more than 30% were harvested. 827 thousand tons of the new crop were harvested. The average yield reaches 422 kg / ha. “460 thousand tons of beets were transported to the factory sites. All three plants are operating. Enterprises entered the daily processing of 17.2 thousand tons. 38 thousand tons of granulated sugar have already been produced, ”said the acting Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic.
495 thousand hectares of winter crops were sown for the next year's crop, 369 thousand of which is winter wheat, winter rye - 122 thousand hectares.
Autumn tillage was carried out on 1 million hectares - half of the planned area. 400 thousand ha of these got deepened arable layer.
In conclusion, Marat Zyabbarov reported that today traditional agricultural fairs are held in the republic. 15 sites are involved in Kazan, 2 points each in Naberezhnye Chelny and Zelenodolsky district. Fairs will be held weekly on Saturdays until December 28th.
Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the practice of holding agricultural fairs has worked well. He called on city leaders to assist farmers and provide the necessary conditions for trade.
