Tatarstan farmers harvested more than 4 million tons of grain, harvesting continues in 33 districts

In the republic, grain crops are threshed from 1 million 345.9 thousand ha, which is 95% of all harvested areas. The gross grain harvest exceeded 4 million tons.

“According to the Ministry’s latest data, 4 million 35.3 thousand tons of grain has been milled today. The average yield is 30 kg / ha, which is 4 kg / ha more than on the same date last year, ”said Irek Sadykov, head of the department for the development of agricultural sectors of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan.

He noted that in 10 municipal districts of the republic, the threshing of grain and legumes was completed, and the rest 33 districts continue the crops harvesting.

“Today, the Tetyushsky District has the largest threshing mill - 160.6 thousand tons of grain. The Buinsky district is on the second place - 160.2 thousand tons, the third place is occupied by the Arsky district - 158 thousand tons, ”the source said.

He also added that Zainsky district is the leader in average grain yields, where 40.1 centners of grain were received from each hectare. Also the Tukaevsky district is among the leaders in productivity - 39.6 t / ha, Mamadyshsky - 39.5 t / ha, Aktanyshsky - 39 t / ha, Menzelinsky - 38.1 t / ha, Tetyushsky district - 37.2 t / ha .

According to current data, rapeseed has been threshed from 12 thousand hectares, which is 11.4% of the forecast. 13.4 thousand tons of oilseeds were harvested with an average yield of 11.2 c / ha. Sugar beet harvested from 8.1 thousand ha (12.5% ​​of the forecast). 352.8 thousand tons of root crops were accumulated, the average yield - 437.4 c / ha. In the regions of the republic, other seasonal work continues. In particular, sowing of winter crops was carried out on 467.7 thousand ha (86% of the forecast), tillage - on 644.9 thousand ha (30%), noted Irek Sadykov.
