918 Tatarstan machine operators compete for the title of "Best Combiner"
The start of the competition was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov on July 27 at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic.
The competition is held in order to increase the prestige and popularization of the profession, to encourage farmers who have achieved high rates in the harvesting campaign in 2019, as well as to quickly and efficiently harvest, efficiently use the harvesting equipment park in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year, the tender commission of the Ministry will determine 500 winners at the republican and district levels in terms of the largest threshing and the largest mowing area in the Republic of Tatarstan. 280 combine harvesters that have achieved the best results in harvesting will be awarded prizes in the amount of 60 thousand rubles, they will be determined by 4 groups of combines. Bonuses in the amount of 60 thousand rubles will also receive 20 machine operators for the largest mowing area for groups of mowers. Also, according to the results of the competition, 200 best combine operators will receive prizes of 35 thousand rubles.
To make competition fair, the equipment is divided into groups by capacity. There are only 4 groups. The first includes combines from 140 to 230 horsepower, the second from 230 to 290 horsepower, the third is from 300 to 326 horsepower and the fourth is from 351 to 530 horsepower.
In the group of self-propelled mowers there are MacDon, Challenger, John Deere, New Holland, Massey Fergusson, EC-1, KSU-1, CS-200.
To identify the best combine operators of the republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is constantly monitoring the process.
