Marat Akhmetov got acquainted with the harvesting process in the Drozhzhanovsky, Apastovsky and Kaybitsky districts of Tatarstan

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov visited the Drozhzhanovsky, Apastovsky and Kaybitsky districts of the republic in order to get acquainted with the harvesting process.

After inspecting the fields, Marat Akhmetov met with the head of each of the districts, farmers and heads of rural settlements, talked about the implementation of state programs to support agricultural producers and answered questions from heads and specialists of agricultural organizations.

The heads of districts briefly described the progress of field work. So, in the Drozhzhanovsky district, the harvesting area is 34.2 thousand hectares. To date, 4.16 thousand ha has been threshed, which is only 12.2% of the harvested area. 11.2 thousand tons were harvested, average yield is 26.9 c / ha.

The average yield in Apastovsky District is slightly higher - 34.6 c / ha. Here, the harvested area is 27.3 thousand ha. To date, 5.99 thousand ha has been threshed, which is 21.9% of the harvested area. 11,2 thousand tons were threshed.

The largest percentage of cleaned areas among the areas inspected today is 26% in the Kaybitsky district. In total, the harvested area is 20 thousand hectares. To date, 5.20 thousand ha have been threshed. 15 thousand tons were harvested, the average yield is 28.8 c / ha.

According to Marat Akhmetov, today in the regions it is necessary to pay close attention to the harvesting campaign. “Today, the main task set for grain growers is the quality harvesting as soon as possible,” said Marat Akhmetov. - The weather does not pamper. At the first opportunity, you need to go to the fields and collect the grown. Use all the possibilities for this. ”

An exhibition of local products was also launched in the districts. For example, on August 1, 2019, SL-Milk LLC launched the production of dairy products with a capacity of 2 tons per day in the Kaybitsky district and today presented milk, kefir and sour cream of their own production.

The company SL-Agro, specializing on the granulated vitamin-grass meal based on dried alfalfa, has introduced a line of vitamin-protein products that increase daily milk yield, increase the gain of chickens, piglets and calves, reduce mortality and increase egg laying.

The agricultural cooperatives Yulduz and Soyuz Agro also presented their products. In December 2018, the cooperative Yulduz received a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in amount of 5 million rubles and built a modular meat processing workshop. 

Agricultural Union Soyuz Agro has been involved in the purchase and sale of surplus vegetable products from the population of the Kaybitsky District for more than 10 years. The cooperative also received a grant of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in April this year in amount of more than 4 million rubles, and they plan to launch a comprehensive line for the reception, processing, and presale preparation of vegetables.
