The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Andrei Yermolaev from the village of Turminskoye, Kaybitsky District, built a farm for cattle.

In 2018, he received a grant for 100 heads by the “Novice Farmer” program in the amount of 3 million rubles and began building a farm.

Grant funds were only a launching pad for the development of the farm. For a person who wants to achieve results, this was enough. Next step was the hard work, finding solutions, planning, sleepless nights and the joy of success.

“It's good that there are such programs. The head of the district, Albert Rakhmatullin, supports and assists it; I find understanding in any matter among agricultural management specialists, ”says Andrei Ermolaev.

A good-quality farm has already been built with a milk line, it is necessary only to carry out disinfection. Milk pipe, factory auto drinkers, conveyor for manure removal - everything is in working condition. A 75 meter well was drilled. “It is planned to launch breeding dairy cattle in August - Andrei Yermolaev shares his plans.

The farm itself is located on 17.5 hectares of land. Next to the barn room, 100 rolls of hay are neatly folded, each 300-350 kilograms. 500 tons of haylage are harvested. There are forage harvesting equipment, rotary mower, baler, rake, forage harvester and tractor "Belarus".

Relatives help to cope with such an economy. Work begins at 6 a.m. and does not stop until night. Here also grows a green mound. The green conveyor runs smoothly. The forage harvester is managed by son-in-law Mikhail Torkheev. Yuri brings the crushed mass on KamAZ with extended sides.

The plan for the next year is the construction of a hay trench.
