Labour people: Honored livestock specialist of the TASSR from Mamadyshsky district, celebrating the 80th anniversary, continues to work at the apiary

Today, the hero of our “People of Labor” rubric, in which we write about ordinary people who have gained honor and respect with their daily work, is Mukhametzyanov Fazylzyan Gazizyanovich.

Fazylzyan Mukhametzyanov was born on July 3, 1939 in the village of Malye Souni of the Mamadyshsky district in a family of a collective farmer. In 1956 he graduated from the 8 classes of Usalinsk secondary school. Young Fazylzyan began his career in the position of foreman. After having working for 11 months, he decides to move to Krasnouralsk of the Sverdlovsk Region and works in a gold mine. Soon, he returns to his native land and enters annual training at the Tenkovskoe vocational school. After graduating from college, Fazylzian Galimzyanovich drastically changes his work activity and begins to work as a beekeeper on the collective farm named after Vakhitov in his native district.

Having passed such a difficult professional path since 1966, he becomes the chief livestock specialist of the Spartak collective farm in the Mamadysh District, where he honestly and conscientiously performs his work. Fazylzyan Mukhametzyanov increases the production of livestock products. Every year, the company fulfills and exceeds socialist obligations for the production and procurement of livestock products. In 1969, he received a degree in zootechnics at Menzelinsky State Farm technical school.

In 1980, Mukhametzyanov became chairman of the collective farm named after Kuybyshev. By that time, he already knows agricultural production well enough. As chairman, he is a conscientious, principled and thoughtful leader. He puts a lot of effort to boost the economy of collective farm.

The farm pays great attention to the development of animal husbandry, increasing its productivity and reducing production costs. As a result, the collective farm annually achieves quite good indicators for the production and sale of livestock products and arable farming. In 1982, 12754 centners were sold to the state, with a plan of 10,700 centners, this is 119%. The grain delivery plan was exceeded by 232.6 percent. The average milk yield per cow with a commitment of 3210 kg was 3674 kg. Thus, the collective farm earlier reported on overfulfilment of annual plans for the sale of meat and milk of the first year of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. On July 1, 1983, 8 milkmaids of the collective farm achieved the highest milk yield. In the 10th five-year plan, the collective farm board built: an auto garages for 25 places, 2 grain stores for 1000 tons, a cowshed for 200 heads, a calfhouse for 250 heads, a shepherd's building for 500 heads. Over the entire period of his career, the chairman of the collective farm Fazilzyan Mukhametzyanov gained prestige among the collective and the regional asset.

In 1982, he moved to the position of head of the livestock department of the Agricultural Department of the Mamadysh District, but soon returned to his native collective farm as a chief livestock specialist. Since 1992, Fazylzyan Mukhametzyanov was the chairman of the Agricultural Production Complex named after Vakhitov.

Fazylzyan Mukhametzyanov was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor". In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin he got the "Winner of the socialist competition in 1973." In 1976 he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor. For success in the development of agriculture he received the Honorary Title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of Tatarstan." In 1983 he received the honorary title "Honored livestock specialist of the TASSR". In 1986 he was awarded the Order of the October Revolution.

The other day, Fazylzyan Mukhametzyanov celebrated his 80th birthday, but now, being retired, he is wholeheartedly devoted to agriculture and happily working at his apiary.
