The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan informs that in 2019, by the initiative of the Russian Union of Rural Youth, the All-Russian Popular Front launched a new project “Village. The territory of Development”. Its goal is to analyze the implementation of national projects in rural areas and the formation of new approaches to rural development. The objectives of the project include monitoring the implementation of national projects and government programs that affect the development of rural areas, developing proposals for improving the quality of life in rural areas and involving local people in the development of their localities.
“To improve the quality of life in the countryside, enormous funds were allocated from the federal budget,” explained the project coordinator, RCCM Chairman Julia Ogloblina. - We must ensure public control over their effective spending. The new project will keep on control the realization of each planned object - from the state procurement procedure to commissioning. We plan to pay special attention to the staffing of new facilities and the organization of their work. After all, what is the use for residents of, for example, a new medical attendant and obstetric center, if there is no one to work in it or it is open only once a week. Only when local officials not only provide the construction of a medical organization or a cultural center, but also work out organizational and personnel issues, the residents will feel a real improvement. ”
To participate in the monitoring of the implementation of national projects "Health", "Education", "Culture", "Digital Economy" and others, this year at least 800 activists will be involved. Monitoring the impact of national projects on the quality of life of Russians will cover all regions of the country. It is also planned to actively involve local people in the development of rural areas through the implementation of their own initiatives.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that anyone can demonstrate a civic stand and become an activist of the largest project for the development of the Russian village. You need only to fill the questionnaire.
Most of the proposals of the Popular Front activists are already included in the state program "Integrated development of rural areas."
