In the Novosheshminsky district, men master the "female" profession

20 June 2019, Thursday

In our time, women have mastered the male profession. In agriculture, women tractor drivers appeared in the 30s of the last century. But men were always taken for women's professions with caution. For example, in Soviet times, even one man - milkmaid per farm was considered a rarity. Now the situation has changed: rural men of the twentieth century are not afraid to engage in "female" work. For example, in the agricultural units of the Novosheshminsky district more than 20 machine milking operators are men. And I must say, they are working successfully: some of them have best milk yields.

“If you were born and raised in the village, you love rural work and you want to work in your small homeland, why not as a milkmaid,” said Ilnur Shaikhutdinov, one of them, machine milking operator of the Shahmaikinsky branch of Agro-Osnova LLC - Why leave home for a long time, when there is work in your native village? From childhood I helped my mother to milk a cow. Now work on the farm is much easier: there is a milk line, manure removal is mechanized, the distribution of fodder is by tractor, in the summer the cows are kept on the card. All working conditions are created: there is a shower, a rest room, etc. The salary is good, so we work with desire.

In 2015, Ilnur and his fellow villager Rinat Ilalov, contrary to established traditions, decided to master this “female” profession. In this sense, they are the pioneers in the village of Shakhmaikino. Four years later, neither the one nor the other did not regret it. Agro-Osnova LLC was replenished with other men. Ilnur is not the first year in the “Best livestock breeders” report: since the beginning of 2019, he has milked 108.7 tons of milk from his 54 cows.

Ilnur tried to work as a tractor driver like his father when he graduated from school, but he was not drawn to the equipment. According to his mother, Fania Rafikovna, from childhood he loved animals, never raised his voice to a dog or a kitten, did not allow to offend others. It is not surprising that the milk in the Ilnur group is high, this is the return of cows for his kind appeal.

Ilnur works in the morning and in the evening, and during the day he does housework, housekeeping. This is convenient, he said. Fania Rafikovna said that her son from early childhood was distinguished not only by great diligence, but also by an exceptional love to cleanliness and order. This can be seen in his new home with several rooms with modern furnishings (the house was built according to a youth housing program).

His wife, Alsou, is also a cattle breeder, a month ago she went to milkmaids. They have two sons. Now the spouses are waiting for the third child. The family has a subsidiary farm: heifer, goats, 30-40 geese, chickens, ducks, and a vegetable garden. Now they are going to buy a cow. Plan is to take the land and open their own farm. The eldest son Ayrat is studying to be an agronomist at the Chistopol technical school, and also wants to work on the ground. This is the way the strong family of the Shaikhutdinovs lives, working on their native land, raising children and gradually realizing their dreams.
