In the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan were summed up the results for livestock industry for 5 months

On June 13, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the livestock industry for 5 months. The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Hazipov.

The event was attended by consultants on animal husbandry, heads of breeding and breeding services of agricultural and food departments in municipal districts, specialists from the Main State Agricultural Management of Breeding Animal Production of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the beginning of the meeting, Nazip Hazipov briefed those present on the results of animal husbandry for 5 months of the current year. In his speech, he focused on the issues of milk and meat production, as well as the safety of livestock.

To date, the number of cattle in the republic is 722.4 thousand heads, including 242.7 thousand of cows. For 5 months of this year, agricultural enterprises produced 549.4 thousand tons (104%) of milk, 167.1 thousand tons (102%) of livestock and poultry, including cattle grew - 41.0 thousand tons (99 %), pigs - 37.3 thousand tons (105%) and poultry - 87.9 thousand tons (102%).

According to the deputy minister, the number of cattle since the beginning of the year has increased in Mamadyshsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Kukmorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky, Cheremshansky, Bavlinsky and Kaibitsky municipal districts.

In the republic, as of June 13, the gross daily milk yield in agricultural organizations and peasant farms is 3,931.8 tons, which is 131.8 tons or 103.5% more than in the same period last year.

Almetyevsk, Baltasinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Alkeevsky, Kukmorsky, Aktanyshsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky, Buinsky, Tukayevsky, Atninsky, Tetyushsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Aznakaevsky districts have the greatest growth in milk production.

Then the participants of the event talked about cattle meat production. Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Tukayevsky, Cheremshansky, Aksubayevsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky, Sarmanovsky, Aktanyshsky and Sabinsky districts are the best in this sphere.

At the end of the meeting, Nazip Hazipov announced participation in the competition for the most beautiful wagon, which will be held as part of the unique creative holiday Sabantui "MINGER" in Sabinsky municipal district. The main criteria for evaluation are the original design of the carriage in compliance with the national theme, a driver, dressed in a national costume, well-groomed, clean, healthy and calm-tempered horse for a cart.
