A family from Zainsk district with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan has opened its own mini-farm

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their businesses in the countryside, farmers and young entrepreneurs who do their favorite business in their home village. One of these is the Khalikovs family from the village of Sarmashbash, Zainsk district of Tatarstan, the farm produces Dutch cheese and homemade condensed milk.

As the owner of the farm, Rosalia Khalikova said they opened the farm in 2016. By the republican program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Felix and Rosalia received 200 thousand rubles for the development of mini-farm. For three years, they managed to increase the number of milk cows from three to eight. In total, they have 14 heads of cattle.

And this year they bought a cow together with a newborn calf of a black-and-white breed and named her Sandugach. “We were promised that she would give more milk - up to 40 liters per day, and with higher fat. They also have a very strong immunity, ”said Felix.

The Rosalia and Felix have many children - they have three adult daughters: Gulchachak, Gulziryak and Olesya.

Felix and Rosalia make sour cream, cottage cheese, court, condensed milk, butter and even the sweetest Dutch cheese out of milk.

“I make cheese manually, so it turns out so tender,” Rosalia shared her secrets of mastery.

In addition, there are 110 heads of birds in the household of the Khalikov spouses - ducks, geese, chickens, there are also 20 sheep and two bee families.
