22 April 2019, Monday

On April 22 in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Oleg Zemskov an organizational meeting on the training of municipal employees was held.

Welcoming the guests, Oleg Zemskov noted that such an event at the Ministry is being held for the first time and the municipal servants who arrived for the internship will be given full support for the study of the experience of the Ministry in drawing up and examining packages of documents for financial support. The deputy minister also said that the interns will be able to study the one-window system for applying for state subsidies introduced by the ministry.

The Ministry is an internship platform for the professional development of civil servants as part of advanced training courses on the topic: “Making and examining a package of documents for obtaining financial support.”

In the period from April 22 to April 23, the Ministry will hold internships of Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Menzelinsky Municipal District Aigul Gatina and Head of the Economics Department of the Executive Committee of the Drozhzhanovsky Municipal District Ildar Rakipov.

The two-day program provides the training of interns directly in the structural units of the ministry by detailing the package of documents and studying the regulatory framework for obtaining the state support.

For reference:

In order to ensure transparency, improve the quality of subsidies to agricultural enterprises, as well as reduce the time costs in the Ministry and territorial departments, a pilot project “Bars.Farming.Subsidation” was implemented on the principle of “one window”. The applicant submits once one minimum required set of documents in one place, one form, to one service, and then the service independently carries out all the procedures for approving and issuing subsidies.
