On April 18, Nikolay Titov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Th THi Huong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TH Milk Food, at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Moscow with the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation Mr. Ngo Duc Man and Deputy Anvar Mavlanov, Director General of RATSIN JSC.
During the meeting, Nikolay Titov presented the potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. “At the moment, the republic continues to be one of the strongest and most stable regions of Russia, which makes topical projects for the construction of livestock farms and processing plants with an expanded line of finished products,” he said.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation between Tatarstan and Vietnam. The First Deputy Minister invited Ms. Thai Huong to visit the Republic of Tatarstan to make a decision on building a livestock complex and discuss other mutually beneficial projects, including a plant for processing fruits and berries.

The company TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company, owned by TH Group, is engaged in investments in industrial breeding of dairy cattle and milk processing throughout Vietnam. Turnover of TH Milk for the year amounted to about 190 million dollars. According to local media, the company controls more than 30% of the Vietnamese dairy market.
TH Group was founded in 2009 by the co-owner of the North Asian Commercial Bank Thai Huong. The group combines dairy farms, processing and distributor. It is the second largest producer of milk in Vietnam after Vinamilk. The group does not use powdered milk and operates under the TH True Milk brand.
