The Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation launched a project to create a network for the sale of farm products "Tugan Yak"
On April 17, the State Budgetary Institution “Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan” organized business meetings of agricultural producers with representatives of retail stores in Kazan. This event was a continuation of the "Week of effective cooperation", held in March in Tetyushsky district and aimed at the implementation of measures for the development of agricultural consumer cooperatives in the country.
We remind that cooperation becomes a key point for the development of small forms of business in the republic. Agricultural cooperatives unite around themselves dozens and hundreds of small agricultural producers to jointly solve common issues. One of the most pressing issues among all farmers is the sale of manufactured products.
This event was aimed at solution of this issue. Agricultural producers from the Zelenodolsk, Baltasinsky, Tetyushsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmorsky, Nizhnekamky and Laishevsky districts presented their products to representatives of retail stores of non-network format. As a result of the meeting, the entrepreneurs decided to organize a unified partnership, which will house the farmers' departments.
This event was the first by the social project “Tugan Yak” (Native Land), the goal of which is to help Tatarstan’s agricultural producers to sell products and create opportunities for citizens to purchase fresh and high-quality farm products from grocery stores. The project also assumes the launch of a system of synchronous discount cards, giving the right to buy farm products at a discount in any partner stores.
The project operator is the state-funded institution “Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan”, its main task is to systematize work on the development of agricultural cooperation, information, consulting and methodological assistance to cooperatives and peasant farms, and accompanying them in the preparation of business plans and technical economic studies, applications for subsidies from the federal and regional budgets,
