Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan: To prepare equipment for spring field work were purchased spare parts for 1.5 billion rubles
The Vice-Premier of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov reported today on the preparation of agricultural equipment for spring field work at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held in the form of videoconferencing with all municipal districts Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan by Alexey Pesoshin.
Marat Akhmetov said that 11 thousand tractors, 6.3 thousand seeders, 670 sowing complexes, 6.4 thousand cultivators and other pieces of equipment will be involved in the sowing campaign of the current year. At present, tractor readiness is 95%, cultivators and seeders - 99%, sowing complexes - 92%.
The Minister noted that for the preparation of equipment for the spring field work, spare parts were purchased for 1.5 billion rubles - this is 82% of the required amount. Agrofirms of Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Menzelinsky and Verkhneuslonsky regions acquired only half of the need.
“One of the most difficult and labor-intensive works is the overhaul of tractors. Today, it remains to repair 135 energy-saturated tractors, on which we rely on many works in tandem with wide-range multifunctional units and sowing complexes, ”said Marat Akhmetov. According to him, the Ak Bars and KV-Agro agricultural holdings are late in preparing the equipment. The agricultural holding Agrosila demonstrates good paces.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan noted the insufficiently organized work in the divisions of agricultural firms in Verkhneuslonsky district, where half of the tractors is not equipped - only 11 out of 22 cars. Marat Akhmetov stressed that the repair of tractors is not carried out due to the lack of machine operators who are not satisfied with the level of wages. "The difficult situation with the equipment is in the Ak Bars divisions in the Agryz district. The equipment is old, has not been updated for a long time, a third of the tractors being repaired have not enough spare parts," the minister stressed. A similar difficult situation is observed in some agricultural enterprises of Buinsky, Kaybitsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Tetyushsky and Apastovsky districts.
Marat Akhmetov added that successful agricultural enterprises of the republic use satellite navigation, parallel driving equipment, remotely controlling fuel consumption, the technical condition of the vehicle, its movement and performance. “Without the introduction of this system, it is impossible to achieve effective operation of expensive equipment, especially in large agrofirms,” the minister concluded.
