Here are the winners of the first Olympiad of executive directors and heads of agricultural cooperatives
It was held at the exhibition of the agro-industrial complex and the processing industry.
The event, organized by the Republic’s Center of Competences for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation, jointly with the Center for Scientific and Educational Development of Cooperation at CCR, aims to develop the institute of executive management in rural cooperation as the main “catalyst” of process integration among farming.
The executive directors of several agricultural cooperatives of the republic, as well as several cooperators from other regions, became participants in the Olympiad.
Welcoming speech was made by Ilnur Khabibullin, director of the state budgetary institution of competence, who noted that the Olympiad of executive directors is the first event of this format in Russia directly dedicated to agricultural consumer cooperatives. “We all understand that we can provide information, but we learn its effectiveness by testing it. Therefore, this format is very important in terms of increasing the investment attractiveness of cooperatives, and we will work with it constantly. The project needs to be scaled up to the Russian level, studied and adopted, including successful Western experience in developing cooperation for the benefit of the national one”, he stressed.
On the first day of the Olympiad (February 12, 2019), the participants underwent testing, solved a number of situational problems encountered in the daily business practice of the co-operators, and took part in the seminar “10 Steps of Effective Marketing”. According to the results of the competition day, an expert jury consisting of recognized republican and Moscow experts in the field of cooperation chose the winner and prize-winners of the Olympiad.
On February 14, Rishat Khabipov, the Republic of Tatarstan’s Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, presented the prices to the first winners of the Olympiad during the Roundtable on the topic “Creating a system of supporting farmers and developing rural cooperation”. The winners were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts, as well as six-month free support from the experts of the Selkoop Union (Moscow).
1st place was taken by the Republic’s Chairman of the agricultural consumer supply and marketing cooperative "BARAKAT", Ramis Sakhapov, from the Aznakaevsky district. 2nd place - the Republic’s Chairman of the Agricultural Small-scale Livestock Consumer Cooperative "SMALL MERETKOZINO" Robert Ganibaev, from the Kama-Ustyinsky District, and 3rd place - the Republic’s Chairman of the Agricultural Consumer Supply and Marketing Cooperative "AGRO BIRD" Ilnur Shaikhlislamov, from the Pestrechinsky district.
