13 February 2019, Wednesday

The exhibition counting the participation of 320 organizations and enterprises of Tatarstan and Russia is held in the Kazan Expo exhibition center on an area of 25 thousand square meters and was visited today by the president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

“We present agricultural equipment: plows, seeders, diesel deep-rippers, grain and combine harvesters, Belarus MTZ tractor. We are its official dealers. We also present the products of our nine agrofirms that are engaged in animal husbandry, plant growing and vegetable growing, ”said Robert Mindubaev, deputy general director for engineering and technical support of Tatagroleasing.

According to him, the equipment offered by his company is distinguished by a favorable ratio of price and quality. For example, the price of the Belarus MTZ 1221.2 tractor is 2.4 million rubles, the combine harvester is 6.5 million rubles. The equipment is leased which is an important work direction in terms of the plan of the republican agro-industrial complex to import substitution.

Executive Director of the company "Ecosphere" Eduard Antonov said that the company has been engaged in mechanical engineering for 12 years. At first, it produced communal equipment - garbage trucks. Four years ago, the company's specialists started developing sprinkler machines and, without prior initiative, became interested in the field of agriculture.

“We have compiled a mathematical model - one of the few in Russia. With the help of Kazan engineers and our evaluators, we created our own methodology behind the resistance of materials. We took the French and Spanish cars as a comparable source. We picked out the best, carried out certifications, received approval from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and are now working as a Russian manufacturer”, he said.

The uniform spraying of the Russian sprinkler is 98%. Prior to that, similar machines developed in 1968 had a spraying uniformity of 53%. A modern machine works better and is 25 to 30% cheaper than foreign analogues. The length of the machine varies from 60 to 500 m, the price ranges from 1.2 million rubles to 5.2 million rubles. Currently, negotiations are underway to request subsidies, which will reduce the cost by another 25%.

At the exhibition, PK Agromaster LLC presented sowing complexes, a new variable-speed installation to be placed on bunkers and a preplant medium speed cultivator. In the production of agricultural equipment, the company is in the top ten Russian companies. It produces more than 270 items of equipment.

“We work across Russia - from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin, as well as in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Armenia. The uniqueness of our seeding machines lies in the fact that they are serviced by a single mechanic. Usually, the planter is serviced by four to five people. Thus, with our equipment, productivity grows seven to eight times. The cost of such a machine ranges from 700 thousand to 5 million rubles”, said Farkhad Shamseev, executive director of PK Agromaster.

Agricultural equipment is presented in the first exhibition pavilion of the Kazan Expo, and in the second there are agricultural products: milk and dairy products, meat and fish, sausages, bakery products, national pastries and confectionery. The first deputy chairman of Tatpotrebsoyuz, Rashat Shaimardanov, noted that the company presented its products on an area of 300 square meters. All major industries are shown here: trade, procurement, production and catering.

“Our students of the cooperative institute are the winners of the WorldSkills championship in Ossetian pie and bread baking . We are planning to treat them to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan today with their pies and herbal tea”, said Shaimardanov.

The general director of the Laishevsky fish factory, Peter Kuznetsov, said that his company presented processed fish caught in the Kuibyshev reservoir at the exhibition. These are pike perch, crucian carp, bream, catfish, carp, carp, pike, sabrefish. Laishevsky fish factory was established in 1930.

“We catch from 500 to 600 tons of fish per year, a half goes for processing. We supply products in Tatarstan and Russia. This year we plan to modernize production. Our brand is smoked bream, it is even represented on the coat of arms of the Laishevsky district”, said Kuznetsov.

In two huge exhibition halls over 3 thousand representatives of the agro-industrial complex presented their products. The exhibition covers all its spheres: agricultural machinery, equipment and spare parts, plant protection products and fertilizers, seeds, equipment for processing, packaging and sorting products and much more. The exhibition will be open until February 15.
