Rustam Minnikhanov: The agrarian complex of Zainsky district has demonstrated a positive development dynamics in recent years.

Today, Rustam Minnikhanov , the President of Republic of Tatarstan and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov visited Zainsky municipal district.

During the working visit, the guests, accompanied by the head of the region, Razif Karimov, visited new Agro-industrial Park, which opened in December last year. Here, buyers can purchase meat and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, cereals, bakery products. Goods come from local producers and farmers from Nizhnekamsk, Mamadysh, Rybno-Slobodsky and a number of other areas.

Also in the Agroindustrial Park a test platform for the processing of agricultural products is launched. The capacity of meat workshop is 2.5 tons per day, vegetable production is 2 tons, and department for packing cereals and bulk products is designed for 5 tons per day. Packed food products are sold both in Agroprompark and through retail chains.

The President of Tatarstan marked that this project is primarily focused on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in agriculture. He asks to inform farmers about the possibilities of Agroprompark and invite them to the new location.

The President of Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, also took part in the meeting of the Council of Zainsky municipal district, during which the socio-economic development of the municipality for 2018 was summed up and tasks for the current year were set. The head of the district, Razif Karimov, reported on the results.

At the end of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov called the Zainsky municipal district a dynamically developing district, noted the advanced, well-coordinated work of a number of urban enterprises and agricultural units of the district, also gave his recommendations for improving work on the development of small and medium businesses and small forms of rural management and encouraged Zainsk people to meet the centenary of TASSR with new labor achievements.
