Seminar on labor protection in the Baltasinsky municipal district

On the eve of World Occupational Safety and Health Day, which is celebrated annually on April 28, at the premises of Surnai LLC in the Baltasinsky municipal district, the district committee of the trade union of agricultural workers organized a seminar for specialists and authorized persons in occupational safety and health, chairmen of primary trade union organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the region.

Opening the event, the chairman of the Baltasinsky regional trade union organization, Marina Ishmurzina, noted that such seminars contribute not only to replenishing the necessary knowledge in this area, but also to organizing work at the enterprise to maintain safe working conditions among workers and improve the production safety culture in general.

  The participants were greeted by the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Baltasinsky Municipal District, Firdaus Nabiullin, and the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Baltasinsky Municipal District, Ilshat Galiullin.

The training program included issues related to changes in labor protection legislation, financing of preventive measures to reduce industrial injuries and occupational diseases, public control over compliance with the legal rights and interests of workers in the field of labor protection.

  The speakers were Irina Andina - head of the department, chief technical labor inspector of the FPRT, Bulat Garifullin - head of the department for socio-economic issues of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation.

During the seminar, participants received the necessary information, namely, what the elected body of the primary trade union organization should pay special attention to when agreeing on local regulations, learned what to pay attention to when assessing professional risks, which local regulations need to be updated in connection with changes in legislation , how to organize the recording of microtraumas, etc. The main labor protection violations identified during inspections were examined. The listeners received answers to all their questions and expressed gratitude to the speakers and organizers of the seminar.
