On Saturday, November 9, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites residents of the republic to purchase agricultural products at affordable prices at fairs in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and in the village of Oktyabrsky Zelenodolsky District (the Novaya Tura trade complex). Citizens will be able to purchase meat, sausage products, draft milk, cheese, butter, eggs, vegetables, honey, sugar, flour, cereals and other farm products brought from the municipal regions of Tatarstan.

Today at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, certificates were awarded to the participants of the grant support “Agrostartup”. The total amount of grants was 313 million rubles. 103 of 132 peasant farms from 36 municipal regions of Tatarstan became grant holders in the amount of 2 to 4 million rubles. The largest number of winners is from Mamadyshsky (8 farmers), Aznakaevsky and Tyulyachinsky (6 farmers each), Kukmorsky, Sabinsky and Nurlatsky districts (5 each).

In the republic, sugar beet yield exceeded last year volume by 31.7%. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 7, sugar beet in the republic was harvested from 63.2 thousand ha or from 99% of the area of this crop. 2 million 774.4 thousand tons of root crops were accumulated.

Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of the Head breeding enterprise "Elite" in the Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan. The Minister was accompanied by the General Director of JSC Elite GPP Fannur Zaripov, the head of the State Public Institution of Pedigree Breeding Rishat Zaripov, as well as other responsible persons.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to accept applications for the annual contest "The best worker in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan", which is designed to improve the status and prestige of skilled workers in the countryside. The 100 best agricultural workers will receive 100 thousand rubles each.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of one of the largest poultry processing complexes in Russia - Agrosila Chelny-MPK. The Minister was accompanied by the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agrosila holding Ilshat Fardiev, the general director of the holding Svetlana Barsukova and other responsible persons.

Citizens appreciate agricultural fairs, therefore, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan decided to open a Hotline for fairs.

Competitions among organizations of the agro-industrial complex for setting up equipment for winter storage and preparing the machine-tractor fleet for the repair of agricultural machines were held in the regions of Tatarstan.
