This year, at the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the federal targeted investment program, measures are being taken to reconstruct seven large objects of the reclamation complex. The reconstruction of a hydraulic structure with irrigation near the village of Bagishevo in the Apastovsky district of the republic was completed ahead of schedule. Also, four irrigation systems were put into operation significantly ahead of schedule - Alkeevskaya, Mamadyshskaya, Baltasinskaya and Chelny-vegetables.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov took part in the meeting "On the progress of the harvest and forecast of sown areas for 2022". The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dzhambulat Khatuov.

From February 24 to 25, the IV specialized agricultural exhibition of achievements of the agro–industrial complex - Tatagroexpo is scheduled to be held on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
