The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that now salary clients will be able to obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of finished or under construction housing, including with a land plot, in rural areas; or refinance an existing loan for the same purposes at a preferential rate of 1.9% per annum, employees of corporate companies - from 2.2% per annum.

Tatarstan is among the leading regions in terms of the volume of rural mortgage lending among Russian regions, along with Bashkortostan, Leningrad and Novosibirsk regions. 1245 families have already used the program in the republic.
