Since its launch (in April 2020), ministry specialists have answered 704 calls. Most of the applicants were interested in measures of state support for agricultural producers and farmers. Housing and land issues, employment opportunities at agricultural enterprises and background information of a different nature about the agro-industrial sector were also relevant.

In the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the telephone of the single hot line continues to accept calls 8-800-444-16-70. Since its launch (in April this year), the ministry's specialists have answered 589 calls. Most of the applicants (44%) were interested in measures of state support for agricultural producers and farmers. Housing issues, employment opportunities at agricultural enterprises and background information on different matters of the agro-industrial sector were also relevant.
