Lenar Garipov: “The wishes of customers will be taken into account”
Traditional agricultural fairs have started in Tatarstan. There will be 16 fair days in total. Different municipal districts sell fresh products at different sites.
In the agricultural park today trade was carried out by Arsky, Kukmorsky, Mamadyshsky, on the site on Batyrshina Street - Drozhzhanovsky, on Yamasheva - Kaybitsky and Verkhneuslonsky districts.
First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov got acquainted with the work of the sites and the presented assortment.
“Today we started our fairs. The products are presented in full, prices for some items are up to 50% cheaper. After each fair, the wishes of our citizens are taken into account; depending on needs and demand, we adjust the volume of delivery. Today we are not seeing a rush; all products are presented in sufficient quantities at all sites,” Lenar Garipov told in a conversation with journalists.
Fairs have a high social significance and are one of the most popular formats for marketing agricultural products produced by republican producers. City residents are offered a wide range of products at an affordable price: poultry, eggs, beef, pork, potatoes, vegetables, milk and dairy products, sugar, sunflower oil, flour, confectionery.
The fairs are organized at the same venues as last year: 14 sites in the city of Kazan, 2 sites in Naberezhnye Chelny and the Zelenodolsk region, 3 sites in Nizhnekamsk and in 14 municipal districts. They will last until December 23 of this year.
