The Ministry of Agriculture is working on a unique solution for preferential mortgages: Young specialists in the village will be able to get it with a rate of up to 3%

Starting from 2020, young specialists will be able to get mortgage loans in rural areas with a rate of up to 3% under the new state program for the integrated development of rural areas. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Ivan Lebedev.
