The Ministry summed up the results of work of the "Rosselkhoznadzor" in the Republic of Tatarstan for the 1st half of 2021
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, at which the preliminary results of the work of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhoznadzor" in 2021 were considered, and further tasks were set for this year. The meeting was attended by deputy heads and chief specialists of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhoznadzor" in the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of inter-district and district departments of the branch. The Ministry of Agriculture was represented at the event by Deputy Minister Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Head of the Department for the Development of agricultural sectors Irek Sadykov and Head of the sector of seed production and chemicalization Renat Nugmanov.
Vitaly Novikov, head of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhoznadzor" in the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the results of the branch's activities for the first half of this year. He spoke about the services provided to agricultural producers of the republic. In particular, about updating the varieties of the seed fund of legumes and cereals, about conducting phytopathological analysis of seeds of crops sown in the republic, about the results of soil varietal control, about changes in the method of field testing of varietal crops that will come into force in 2022, about the results of phytosanitary monitoring and many other works carried out by specialists of the branch in 43 municipal districts of the republic.
Vitaly Novichok paid special attention to the issue of expanding the capabilities of the Digital Phytomonitoring information system. This program is now equipped with additional functions for greater convenience of organizing phytosanitary monitoring on farms.
The meeting also discussed the production of biological plant protection products. To demonstrate the effectiveness of biological plant protection products produced by the branch, demonstration experiments were conducted in 22 farms in the fields of various agricultural crops in eighteen districts of Tatarstan.
Since March 1, 2021, five consulting points have been opened in the republic and provide services to the population and agricultural producers of all forms of ownership – in Cheremshansky, Tukayevsky, Almetyevsk, Kukmor and Tetyushsky municipal districts. Gardeners, summer residents, owners of private farmsteads can not only purchase seeds and plant protection products, but also get advice on their use at the consultation points.
