AGROSILA has started construction of a site for the production of organic fertilizers

12 July 2021, Monday

AGROSILA has started the construction of a production site of organic fertilizers based on their own raw materials. Now the preparatory and excavation works are being carried out for the future production, the construction itself is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.

At production sites, more than 100 thousand tons of manure will be formed per year, and organic fertilizers based on it significantly improve the quality of the soil and increase the yield. The company's specialists have chosen the composting method, which is an aerobic biothermal process. This is how the natural disinfection of organic waste occurs by thermophilic bacteria, which are activated when oxygen is available. This process can be accelerated by creating ideal conditions for the vital activity of aerobic bacteria and increasing the amount of oxygen in the source material, which provokes bacteria to actively reproduce and live.

Oxygen saturation of the material is carried out using special equipment. Compost agitators mix, grind and aerate the compostable raw materials, providing free access of oxygen to a larger surface area, and technological control and process automation tools allow you to effectively manage the processes of accelerated composting.

If necessary, fertilizers will be enriched with useful additives.

At all stages of the technological process, control will be carried out, and the main confirmation of the product readiness will be made with the compliance of all indicators with the requirements of regulatory documents.
