In the Republic of Tatarstan, favorable weather in May made it possible to carry out the maximum possible sowing volumes, reaching a daily productivity of over 100 thousand hectares. This was stated today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all municipal areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

So, on the fields of the region, 1,520 thousand hectares of 1.8 million hectares were sown, or 85% of the forecast, of which 94% (978 thousand hectares) - grain; oilseeds - 72% (205 thousand ha); sugar beet - 99% (49 thousand ha); corn - 64% (118 thousand ha); feed - 82% (210 thousand ha).

According to the minister, Zainsky district has completed the sowing campaign. Also, the other day they will complete the sowing in Nurlatsky, Tetyushsky, Tukaevsky, Buinsky districts.

Marat Zyabbarov noted that so far significant amounts of work are left in the northern regions, which began sowing later, but they are highly organized and well equipped to complete the sowing in the shortest possible time.

According to the minister, the low sowing rate of a number of districts is associated with technical equipment and the organization of work. While Atninsky, Tukaevsky, Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky districts use their potential to the maximum, then this week a number of districts - Aznakaevsky, Agryzsky, Laishevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky - are not so productive.

“This is a serious omission when you cannot even organize the work of equipment you have,” said Marat Zyabbarov. - Such a low mobilization ability leads to a delay not only in terms of sowing, but also in terms of fodder harvesting, and will also affect the harvest itself. Every day is a minimum of minus 1 centner of grain per hectare, and a quality losses. ”

The Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded that the organization of work and the motivation of workers affects the sowing rate. So, according to the results of 3 working days, the results of sowing in the Tyulyachinsky district are summed up, and 53 machine operators have already received cash bonuses (1st place - 3000 rubles, 2nd place - 2000, 3rd place - 1000 rubles). Those who were involved in harrowing and applying mineral fertilizers did not go unnoticed. For the implementation of norm-shifts, they are encouraged in the Aznakaevsky district (180 certificates are planned for a total of 160 thousand rubles).

In many areas, rewarding is planned based on the results of the sowing season. So in Zainsky district it is planned that “Sowing Batyr” will receive a car (Lada Granta), the best economy - about 100 thousand rubles, the amount will be distributed between the employees of the enterprise. As a result, Zainsky district is the leader in the pace of spring field work and productivity.

Marat Zyabbarov said that this year there are changes in the structure of sown areas. Due to the negative market conditions and recommendations of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, sugar beet areas were reduced by 24% to 50 thousand hectares (in 2019 it made 64.6 thousand hectares). “As in previous years, we plan to provide ourselves and supply surplus granulated sugar to the Russian market,” he said.

In oilseeds, the area of rapeseed increases by 25 thousand hectares and the area of sunflower is reduced by 5 thousand hectares. The Minister said that rapeseed is a market crop and a good predecessor for many crops.

“Now is the period of crop formation, primarily winter crops. This year, winter crops are the best in the last few years in terms of safety and potential. But for a decent harvest, they require proper care, ”said the speaker.

To preserve the existing moisture in the soil, he recommended that post-emergence harrowing - dry irrigation - be given to farmers. “A very cheap, but very effective method,” said Marat Zyabbarov.

In general, in the republic, the sowing is coming to an end, and with the care of the crops, it is necessary to intensify the preparation of equipment for fodder harvesting.
