In St. Petersburg the grand opening of the "Tatar courtyard" was held.

On October 19, a festive opening of the Tatar Yard pavilion took place on the Khasan market of St. Petersburg, as part of the Harvest - 2019 holiday.

The opening ceremony of the festival was attended by the head of the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg Evgeny Razumishkin, deputy heads of the Executive Committee of the Aznakayevsky district Damir Gilyazov and Ramis Hannanov, deputy permanent representative of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Sabirov, chairman of the Tatar National Cultural Autonomy of St. Petersburg Rais Yarkaev, entrepreneurs and others.

As a sign of unity, the head of the Krasnogvardeisky district Yevgeny Razumishkin and representatives of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan planted trees on the market: six apple trees of different varieties and one pear tree.

At the pavilion "Tatar courtyard" guests were greeted by Tatar music. Girls in national costumes accompanied guests who tasted products from the Aznakaevsky district. On the stage, performances by officials and a concert with the participation of Tatarstan artists took place. It should be noted that a large queue of people wishing to buy products from Tatarstan gathered in the pavilion. Dairy products (katyk, kaimak, court), meat and sausage products (sausages, smoked duck meat, etc.) and confectionery were presented.

“Any interested farmer from Tatarstan can sell their products in St. Petersburg,” the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
