Farid Mukhametshin: the constructive work of the Atninians - an example for the whole republic
On February 12, State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin took part in the reporting session of the Atninsky district on the basis of socio-economic development for 2018.
The productive work of the residents of the Atninsky district in many areas is an example for the whole republic, noted Farid Mukhametshin.
He said that the expected result placed first in the aggregate ranking of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic in 2017 and 2018. Last year, the villagers managed to significantly increase the number of cattle.
“Our main task is to preserve the rural way of life, because it is the village that preserves the best traditions, customs, religion and spirit of every nation. And the people in the city are loosing that,” said the head of parliament.
The State Council’s chairman announced that the district, being purely an agricultural one, ranks 33rd in terms of wages, which is 26,000 rubles.
The meeting also raised the issue of the self-employment law. So, farmers, owners of private farmsteads and personal subsidiary farms do not need to be registered as “self-employed”. They remain in the same tax regime.
In conclusion, the State Council Chairman reminded that the republic is preparing to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the TASSR. In this regard, he urged to pay attention to and honor the inhabitants of the republic, and public organizations which also celebrate their centenary anniversary.
