Agricultural producers of Tatarstan can get state subsidized loans

In the period of preparation for spring field work, it is very important to have full-fledged financial support for the entire range of agricultural work. For agricultural enterprises that do not have enough own capital, there is a possibility of attracting of borrowed funds for seasonal field work at a preferential rate, which is not more than 5%.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Republic of Tatarstan reports that in Tatarstan the limit of subsidized preferential short-term loans today is 734.6 million rubles. This will raise funds up to 11.3 billion rubles. Subsidies are provided in following areas:

- small forms - 146.9 million rubles;

- for crop production - 411 3 million rubles;

- livestock - 58.7 million rubles;

- for dairy cattle breeding - 117.5 million rubles.

The maximum amount of the credit limit per borrower is set at 400 million rubles.

To 1 February of 2019 73 households were registered in authorized banks for 8.8 billion rubles, including 14 SMEs for 439.7 million rubles, of which 48 are for seasonal field work (6.2 billion rubles) , including 5 applications from the MHF for 413 million rubles.

All applications have been reviewed by credit committees of banks. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Republic of Tatarstan formed a register and sent it for consideration to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation.

Agricultural producers can contact the following authorized banks for questions of obtaining preferential loans: Agricultural Bank, Sberbank, VTB, Ak Bars Bank, Gazprombank and Svyaz-Bank.

Producers can get advice on filling out the necessary documents in territorial authorities of the ministry.
