Organization of “Golden Autumn” exhibition discussed at a videoconferencing session

A videoconferencing session devoted to organization of the 19th Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn” was held with participation of constituent entities of the country in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation today. The session was chaired by Dmitriy Krasnov - Director at the Department of Informational Policy and Special Projects of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov, Head of the Administration and Social Development Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Els Burganov, Chair at Tatarstan Association of Farmers and Farmsteads Kamiyar Baitemirov, etc. took part in the session.

“This year the main displays of the exhibition will be devoted to development of export potential and investing prospects in agriculture. Only one week is left before the forum starts”, - emphasized Dmitriy Krasnov.

He also reminded that a contest called “Top quality food production” would be held within the framework of the exhibition. Its goal is to present a wide range of food products manufactured all over the country. The food samples will be examined by the special contest commission. “It is free of charge but at the same time effective site to present products. I am applying to regional manufacturers to take part in the contest”, - said Dmitriy Krasnov.

After that representatives of regional AIC administrative bodies gave their speeches and reported on official delegations of Russian constituent entities, displays, etc.

For reference. “Golden Autumn” exhibition takes place t the All-Union Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (Moscow) on October 4-7, 2017. Over 2,000 enterprises, organizations, alliances and associations of commodity producers from the Russian Federation and foreign countries will participate in the exhibition where they will present the best investment projects, products of the foodstuff and processing industries, agricultural machinery, equipment, as well as displays of pedigree cattle. The key event of the exhibition will become the agro-business forum – “Leadership of Russian AIC: how to provide sustainable development”.
