The readiness for the third stage of labeling of dairy products was discussed in the Ministry
Today, the Ministry held a meeting dedicated to the third stage of labeling of dairy products. It was attended by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Nail Zalakov, regional representative of Operator – CRPT LLC Alexander Gnatenko, project manager of the product group "Milk "of Operator – CRPT LLC Yulia Kuzmina, and dairy producers.
The meeting participants discussed technical aspects of labeling, specifics of the interaction of the CRPT operator with the executive authorities and producers of dairy products, issues of labeling automation.
Recall that on September 1, the second stage of labeling for dairy products with a shelf life of more than 40 days began, and on December 1, the third stage starts – for goods with a shelf life of less than 40 days.
Withdrawal of dairy products with an expiration date of less than 40 days through the cash register will occur in January 2022, with an expiration date of more than 40 days – in the summer of 2022. Starting from September 1, 2022, volume and grade accounting will be introduced. Labeling will become mandatory for farmers from December 1, 2022. The single-instance accounting of dairy products will be introduced from December 1, 2023.
