What real men think about: how to sell manufactured products with greater profit

Today, many farmers and private household plots are joining agricultural consumer cooperatives. This is done in order to sell their products more profitably and be more competitive at the market. In the beginning of this year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 273 cooperatives were registered in the republic, in 2019 their number increased by 45. This recovery is explained by growing state support. Since 2015, cooperatives have received 827 million rubles state support.

Barakat from the village of Sarly in the Aznakayevsky district, headed by Ramis Sakhapov is among the most developing.

All the young people of the Sakhapov family, except the younger brother, remained faithful to their small homeland and took up farming. But each of them worked as a separate farm, overcoming difficulties alone. So far, once at a general family council, the Sakhapovs decided to unite and create an agricultural consumer cooperative for the purchase and sale of milk. It included ten peasant farms and private household plots. Ramis was chosen as the leader.

“When we united, the purchase price for milk supplied by the members of the cooperative immediately increased by three rubles,” Ramis said and immediately shared the secret. - But it was like that. We arrived at the factory and offered to take two tons of milk from the cooperative at once. Previously, before joining a cooperative, everyone offered small batches of milk - 200-300 liters. The plant has more trouble. We asked for a liter of milk we give to make the price more expensive by two rubles. The plant lost only the ruble. I decided that was not enough. We went to another area - they asked for 18 rubles per liter. We agreed at 17 rubles. We concluded that working together is not only more fun, but also beneficial.

In 2018, the cooperative, as a beginner, won a grant of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 5 million rubles for the purchase of a milk carrier with a cooler and equipment. Due to the sale of large volumes of milk, its processing and sale directly to the dairy, the purchase price of milk from members of the cooperative is currently 22-23 rubles depending on the quality per liter from LPH and 23-24 rubles from peasant farms. The number of members from 10 in a year increased to 105, revenue - up to 25 million rubles.

The cooperative is successfully developing, expanding the scope of activities. So, at present, a pasteurizer, cream separator, curd trolley are purchased. The plans include deeper milk processing and expanding the range of marketable products.

Positive results became possible thanks to the volume of state support by the program "Creating a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation" as part of the National project "Small and medium-sized enterprises and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives. ” State support in 2020 will amount to 327.3 million rubles. This is the largest amount among the subjects of Russia.

Recall, on May 7, 2018, President of Russia V.V. Putin signed a decree “On National Goals and Strategic Tasks of the Development of the Russian Federation until 2024”, establishing Russian National Projects.
